Customizable Content Strategy Workshops Now Offered by Digital Experience Agency Siteworx, LLC

Each of the six workshops is designed to help companies develop a strategic framework that supports business objectives, yet is mapped to customer personas and needs. Participants will also learn how to create content that is effective, usable, and accessible while also supporting SEO strategy and brand values. Workshops are available upon request and will be tailored to meet specific goals.

The following six workshops will be offered:

Siteworx will lead clients in an exploration of the purpose, methodology, and best practices for developing a multi-channel content strategy. The client will leave the workshop with a series of useful tools to manage content across their most valuable channels moving forward.

Siteworx will highlight personalization best practices in this workshop and will address individual company needs on a case-by-case basis. Additionally, participants will have the tools to develop a personalization strategy that will ensure an engaging and more relevant experience for users.

Participants in this workshop will leave with a better understanding of the benefit and process of developing enterprise taxonomy, a roadmap for building and applying the new taxonomy, and the tools to manage it going forward.

In preparation for a content migration, Siteworx will conduct a workshop with key content owners to kick off and guide the content rationalization process. Key content owners will gain a deeper understanding of the process and best practices involved in preparing content for a migration. Content owners will also have the tools to continue to evaluate, rationalize, and tag their content in anticipation of a migration.

Voice and tone defines a brand. This workshop will provide clients with a clear and shared understanding of their unique voice, as well as a number of best practices that will help optimize digital content and stay on message.

This workshop is intended to document the process and roles of content creation, approval, and distribution. Participants in this workshop will leave with a greater understanding of content workflows, roles and permissions, and high-level conceptual task flows that can be used during implementation to configure system and business workflows.
