Jack Blyskal, CPCU, ARM, Chief Claims Officer at CSAC EIA, commented: “We had used the previous system for 10 years and decided to review the market to look at technological advances that could better meet our needs now and into the future. We went through an extensive RFP process, which included our incumbent vendor, and found and best met our overall criteria. SIMS is highly flexible and can be tailored to meet our unique requirements. It offers a modern platform and robust reporting capabilities. In addition, Systema-s team members really care about clients. The company has a reputation for providing good support and customer service.”

Members also gain peace of mind in knowing they benefit from EIA-s comprehensive RFP process, which fully vetted SIMS to meet a high level of system and performance requirements.”

Blyskal added: “With SIMS, we plan to integrate our TPAs and consolidate all insurance programs onto one platform, so we-ll have at our fingertips, rather than having to request and wait for information. Since we-re involved in legislative issues, this will make it easier and faster to get the information we need to support our positions.”

It has served as a pioneer in the JPA risk management community, and we feel confident SIMS will aid and support in the EIA-s mission to deploy innovative programs and utilize the latest workflow, automation and Web services capabilities to meet member needs, enhance collaboration and communication, and improve access and analysis of information to ultimately achieve better results.”
