Procera Networks Receives Another Multi-Million Dollar Follow-On Order From Tier 1 Western European Operator

FREMONT, CA — (Marketwired) — 09/10/13 — , Inc. (NASDAQ: PKT), the global Internet Intelligence company, today announced it has received another multi-million dollar expansion order from a Tier 1 service provider in Western Europe. This customer previously selected the PacketLogic following extensive competitive product evaluation and testing that included many stand-alone and integrated competitors. This large subsequent expansion order was placed in quick succession to an order that was announced in early August. Once again this highlights the ability of Procera-s to install quickly and scale on demand, with the PL20000 being the industry-s highest performing Intelligent Policy Enforcement system available in the market today. Procera expects to recognize the revenue from this follow-on order in the second half of 2013.

“We continue to deliver the scalability and deployment responsiveness that our large service provider customers demand,” said Paul Gracie, senior vice president of global sales and services at Procera. “Procera worked in concert with this service provider to rapidly meet their need for PacketLogic platforms as they strive to cover their network footprint with subscriber-aware analytics and policy enforcement. By fully leveraging these capabilities, this network operator is able to judiciously apply network investments and increase revenues with deployment of policy-based services, resulting in very fast ROI timeframes for their PacketLogic deployments.”
