Dave is a veteran technology executive with over 29 years of software leadership experience at a variety of successful venture-backed companies. His background building global development and support organizations will aid FuelQuest as it continues expanding its fuel management and tax automation software into both domestic and international markets.

Dave Cooper is an experienced executive in both startup and growth-stage companies. He launched his first software company at the age of 14, growing it to over $10 million in revenue prior to it being acquired. As VP of Development at TenFold Corporation, he built a patented development framework for creating mission-critical applications that generated revenue from $3M to $93M in three years. Dave also served as the CTO for Echopass, a cloud-based solution for high-volume, customer support contact centers, and as the CTO for Pavilion Technologies where he built non-linear, model-based optimization software for multiple industries. After Rockwell Automation-s acquisition of Pavilion and prior to joining FuelQuest, Dave directed Rockwell Software-s development and operations across seven campuses in North America, Europe, China, and India.
