Cal Athletics Becomes First University to Implement Marketing Automation Powered by FanOne Marketing Integrated With Salesforce and Paciolan

As part of this renewal, Cal will be partnering with Paciolan sister company FanOne Marketing (FanOne) to deliver Marketing Automation, a behavior-based multi-channel marketing solution.

The system will also aid Cal in the execution of lead nurturing campaigns to drive sales with the integration of fan engagement activities into Salesforce.com.

Cal is the first institution in college athletics to implement the behavior-based marketing solution with Salesforce CRM and Paciolan integration. Additionally, Cal will be able to offer season ticket holders personalized landing pages, or PURLS, that present unique, personalized data to elevate the purchasing experience and increase retention rates.
