PARIS, FRANCE — (Marketwired) — 09/27/13 — Exclusive Networks Group today confirmed a new package of substantial corporate investment across its international business.

Precise details of the funding are confidential, though it comprises existing investors Omnes Capital, Edmond Rothschild Investment Partners and Exclusive Networks management, with debt refinancing/financing through ICG (Intermediate Capital Group). The investment will fund Group acquisition plans and corporate development for at least the next two years.
