Adaptive Media, Formerly Mimvi, to Report Third Quarter Financial Results by November 19, 2013

IRVINE, CA — (Marketwired) — 11/14/13 — Multi-channel audience and content monetization company, Adaptive Medias, Inc. (OTCQB: MIMV), a leader in programmatic advertising across mobile, video and online display, today announced it intends to release its financial report for the 2013 third quarter on or before November 19, 2013. The Company filed a Form 12b-25 with the U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC) requesting a 5-day extension.

The Company has assembled the necessary information for the preparation and submission of its September Form 10-Q Quarterly Report, and is awaiting final approval of its ticker symbol change from FINRA. The name change is official with the State of Nevada.
