(TSX VENTURE: VRW) (the Company) is pleased to announce that the Company has formally completed its name change from VRX Worldwide Inc. to MediaValet Inc. The name change reflects the Company–s focus and commitment to its enterprise cloud software business. In conjunction with its name change, the Company–s trading symbol on the TSX Venture Exchange will change from –VRW– to –MVP– on Monday, October 6th, 2014.

There is no consolidation or change in the share capital of the Company. Shareholders are not required to exchange their existing share certificates for new certificates bearing the new company name.
