AcuityAds Engages AltaCorp Capital Inc. as Market Maker

TORONTO, ONTARIO — (Marketwired) — 11/05/14 — AcuityAds Holdings Inc. (“AcuityAds”) (TSX VENTURE: AT) today announced the appointment of AltaCorp Capital Inc. (“AltaCorp”) as its market maker, subject to the approval of the TSX Venture Exchange (“TSXV”).

This agreement is made on a month-to-month basis commencing November 5, 2014. AltaCorp will focus their activities on correcting temporary imbalances in the supply and demand of AT–s common shares, and contributing to the overall liquidity of the stock. AcuityAds will pay AltaCorp a monthly fee of $6,000 for these services.
