WINTER GARDEN, FL — (Marketwire) — 07/20/11 — Vidaroo Corporation (OTCQB: VIDA) (PINKSHEETS: VIDA) today announced that it has launched an automated portal to promote sales for its Online Video Platform Software as a Service (SaaS). The affiliate portal has been created to allow Vidaroo-s affiliates to promote the Platform in an automated fashion and manage all associated activities online.
The affiliate program is designed to allow individuals to promote Vidaroo-s platform and earn strong competitive commissions. The commission structure starts with a payout of 75% of the first month-s recurring charges followed by 15% of every month thereafter that the client continues to use the Platform. The affiliate portal creates a suite of tools allowing for viral promotion and automated tracking of activities. These tools include the creation of an affiliate code to enable viral promotions, as well as tracking of the number of click-through rates to the Vidaroo site, number of unique visitors, sales and ultimately commissions due.
