For an effective management of their 150 vehicles Mankiewicz is working with the modern fleet management software comm.fleet, benefiting mainly from the comfortable features of client control and web-based disposition.
By using client control different object groups can be defined for internal and external system users. These users will therefore only have access to the data they are authorized for.
Among other additional functions an individual account structure for cost elements stored in comm.fleet can be managed via this system for each client. Thus an automated client-dependent interface with the financial accounting system can be provided.
In addition, the client control allows the handling of several firms within the same database with different accounts structures as well as the management of a single supplier for different clients with different vendor numbers.
The integrated web-based disposition of comm.fleet supports in-house rental of vehicles. Whether in tabular form or on a graphical disposition board, comm.fleet provides a detailed overview of all vehicles, all current locations, all bookings and all cancellations. All evaluations on vehicle utilisation, cost per kilometer, cost centers and many more are freely extensible and can be illustrated clearly with graphics and charts.
Potential vehicle users can perform bookings themselves in comm.fleet, because in addition to the integration the versatile fleet software offers a web frontend which allows users a full-fledged search for vehicles and manages bookings directly via Internet or intranet.
