The Group-owned leasing company BORUSAN OTOMOTİV PREMIUM KİRALAMA TİC. A.Ş. decided to employ the leasing management software comm.lease, a product from community4you, because comm.lease has been developed especially to support the processing of all leasing and financial contracts and thus facilitates all business processes at Borusan, regardless of whether the company offers its customers a leasing, a full-service-leasing, a vehicle rent or any other kind of vehicle contract.
With comm.lease, community4you has set up for Borusan a flexible and modular system, which not only supports the implementation of a fully automated full-service calculation on the basis of defined basic parameters and matrices, but also the import of the existing contracts with all their costs in the new system with a regular update of the consignment stock.
The leasing management software comm.lease was configured considering the characteristics of a leasing company that is close to the manufacturer. Therefore, Borusan can set up in the system customer-specific conditions and rebates on the one hand and on the other hand global, standard prices and a regular automated import of service and repair invoices from workshops participating in the BMW commercial network.
