Healthscreen Announces Board of Director Changes and QHR Acquires Healthscreen-s Secured Debt

TORONTO, ONTARIO — (Marketwire) — 07/26/11 — Healthscreen Solutions Inc. (“Healthscreen”), (TSX VENTURE: MDU) Canada-s premier provider of physician practice enhancement services and electronic medical record (“EMR”) software, announces that Mr. Tom Enright , Chairman of the Board of Directors, and Mr. Ken Rosenberg, Chairman of the Audit Committee, have both resigned from Healthscreen-s board effective July 25, 2011. Healthscreen would like to sincerely thank them for their service and wish them well in their future endeavors. The Company expects to fill the both roles within the next few months.

QHR Technologies Inc. announced July 25, 2011 that it has acquired the secured debentures from Healthscreen-s senior lender. QHR has stated it will make an offer for Healthscreen-s software division.
