Spiral Toys Engages ISBX & Finger Food Studios for Continued Digital App Development

LOS ANGELES, CA — (Marketwired) — 03/17/15 — The mobile-connected wireless technology company Spiral Toys, Inc. (OTCQB: STOY) announced today its engagement with two established digital app development companies, Finger Food Studios and ISBX, in the continued development of the CloudPets Product line and Spiral–s new upcoming near field communication product (NFC), Vinyl®.

Finger Food Studios, based in Vancouver, BC, will work closely with Spiral–s development team to enhance the CloudPets digital experience in anticipation of the April 6, 2015 CloudPets product line launch. In addition to the continued development and exploration of the consumer experience, Finger Food Studios will focus on finding new and exciting ways to monetize the CloudPets community. The Finger Food Studios team brings over a decade of development experience building leading edge mobile and social entertainment systems, and creates dynamic, cloud-optimized products across all modern platforms

Earlier this year, Spiral announced a partnership with C&C RFID Printing, NFC company, to develop and manufacture Spiral–s new NFC product line, Vinyl®. Using NFC technology, Vinyl® will allow subscribers to use their smartphones to embed and share digital messages, photos and videos in printed stickers.

ISBX, based in Los Angeles, CA, will be developing the app for Spiral–s Vinyl® product line to be released later this year. ISBX is a leading web and mobile application services agency that has developed apps for some of the largest retail, entertainment and consumer electronics companies in the world.
