Lattice Launches Video Arraignment at Comanche County Detention Center

PENNSAUKEN, NJ — (Marketwired) — 03/24/15 — Lattice Incorporated (OTCQB: LTTC) has installed its NetVisit Video Arraignment platform at the Comanche County Detention Center in Lawton, Oklahoma. This new technology application expands Lattice–s presence at the facility beyond its current Nexus Inmate Phone Service. It is a component of Lattice–s Integrated Corrections Operating Network (ICON), a complete portfolio of inmate management and communications solutions.

Transporting inmates to a courtroom for arraignment involves time, cost, and security risks for corrections staff. Lattice–s NetVisit Video Arraignment platform is an innovative technology that enables inmates to remain at the jail facility while a Judge conducts the arraignment over a secure, real-time video connection. The process is extremely efficient, utilizing a video station at the Judge–s chambers and one at the jail facility.

“Our NetVisit Video Arraignment platform will deliver efficiencies to the Comanche County facility and increase our opportunities for revenue growth,” noted Paul Burgess, CEO of Lattice. “By eliminating the need to transport inmates to the courthouse for arraignment, our solution will maximize efficiency for Comanche–s corrections staff. We look forward to growing our partnership with the Comanche facility through our expanded service offering of Inmate Phone and Video Arraignment solutions.”

Lattice is a provider of inmate management and communications solutions that improve efficiency, reduce administrative burden, and deliver recurring revenue opportunities for corrections facilities globally. Lattice–s Integrated Corrections Operating Network (ICON) is a platform of innovative, highly secure solutions including phone systems, prepaid calling options, voicemail, on-site and remote video visitation and arraignment, point-of-sale kiosks, e-mail, text messaging, and social media. ICON–s inmate management module efficiently manages prison processes, including communications monitoring, commissary purchases, account funding and billing, biometrics, booking, incident reporting, and more.
