A prominent and influential consumer electronics retail executive, Mr. Neva will oversee the company–s development of a comprehensive sales strategy to both maximize the impact for the brand with current retail partners, as well as greatly expand the reach of the company–s diverse and expanding product lines into new sales channels. The hiring of Neva comes as Fuhu continues to experience unprecedented growth, with sales of its nabi branded products and services surging close to 160,000 percent over the past three years — leading it to being named #1 Fastest Growing Private Company in America by Inc. Mr. Neva joins Fuhu–s senior executive team as the company looks to further optimize its operational functions for the next level of expansion. He brings over 20 years– experience managing major sales accounts in the consumer electronics industry. Serving in an array of executive roles, he has driven sales, business development, brand expansion and market share growth for blue chip brands including Yamaha, Westinghouse and Monster.

At Fuhu, Mr. Neva will leverage his sales and merchandising expertise and strong connections to enable the company to deepen its existing retail relationships and expand its reach through new distribution channels. This year, Fuhu will continue to break new ground in the kids and family tech space with a significant expansion of its product assortment. This will be led by several additions to its award-winning nabi tablet line, enhancements and new products and sizes to its hugely buzzed about nabi Big Tab HD 20″ and 24″ line — a new category of larger format tablets designed to transform tablet play and functionality into collaborative family experiences. In addition, Fuhu expects to debut a range of digital peripherals and accessories and the company–s first foray into the Internet of Things later this year.

Prior to joining Fuhu, Mr. Neva was the Vice President of Sales at Griffin International Companies, Inc., where he was responsible for driving profitable business partnerships and inventory management strategies between vendors and retailers for accounts such as Sharp and Uniden. He was also the co-owner and partner at Impact Marketing, where he drove profitable business partnerships on a global scale for the company and oversaw sales for several leading consumer electronics brands.
