AirTouch Communications, Inc. CEO Is Interviewed on CDTV.net

NEWPORT BEACH, CA — (Marketwire) — 07/28/11 — (OTCBB: WXSS) (formerly known as Waxess Holdings, Inc.), was interviewed recently by CDTV.net, a New York-based financial network (). The interview is available at and on YouTube at

In the interview with CDTV.net, Kanakubo described his company-s unique combination of cordless telephone technology and wireless signal amplification, which currently enables users to access a full range of voice services in the home or office, completely wirelessly, over cellular wireless networks. AirTouch-s technology also has the capability to substantially increase wireless signals in areas of the U.S. where the signal is unreliable, which includes up to 26 percent of the U.S. residential landline population that is autonomously churning by 10 to 12% annually in recent years. AirTouch-s product is available at authorized retailers of AT&T, Sprint, and Verizon Wireless phones in the U.S.

Kanakubo said that he expects that the majority of the company-s growth and market potential will come from the many areas of the world that are served mainly by cellular networks, with no access to landlines. He noted that AirTouch has established an agreement with Brightpoint, Inc. to distribute its products worldwide. Kanakubo also pointed out that the company expects to release in August, 2011 a new generation device that will enable Internet and data, services, and additional array of products that can take benefits of the WiFi enabled smart phones as cordless terminals at home and video chatting capable application downloadable Android base platform HomeConnex 2000 series as well.

AirTouch has developed and currently sells a wireless desktop unit that is up to 10 times more powerful than a handheld phone, yet because the signal power emanates from the base and not the handset it has less risk of microwave radiation than a standard mobile cellular phone. The unit serves as a base station for traditional cordless phones. In addition, the handsets can be used in the home or office in the place of a user-s cell phone handset. The company holds seven U.S. patents (three approved and four pending) for its technology.
