Edgeware–s VCP Edge solution enables Multimedios to deliver these new compelling services, along with its existing (VOD) offering, from one unified delivery platform to all devices.
With more than 80 percent of consumers in Mexico watching video content online, over-the-top () video services are increasingly competing with cable and telecom operators– own offerings. Service providers are challenged to add new advanced services to both existing set-top boxes (STBs) and new multiscreen devices.
