TORONTO, ONTARIO — (Marketwired) — 05/07/15 — iSIGN Media Solutions Inc. (“iSIGN” or the “Company”) (TSX VENTURE: ISD)(OTCQX: ISDSF), a leading provider of interactive mobile advertising solutions that serves advertisers, manufacturers, retailers and advertising agencies throughout North America announced today that they have signed a three year Reseller Agreement (“Agreement–) with Selkirk Signs Calgary Ltd. (“Selkirk”), a signage company located in Calgary, Alberta, Canada.
Under the terms of the Agreement, Selkirk has the exclusive right to sell the Company–s products in the Greater Calgary Area, as well as to specific clients that it has pre-existing relationships with across Canada. Selkirk has committed to an initial purchase of 100 units which will be the first roll out of many over the next 36 months, the term of their Agreement. Selkirk–s has purchased and taken delivery of ten Smart Antennas, with trails already planned with a major Western Canada food outlet chain and several other commercial enterprises, including nightclubs and pubs, in the Calgary region.
With iSIGN–s recent trial installations into Tyrone Square, a Simone mall, in St. Petersburg Florida and Westfield–s Countryside Mall in Clearwater, Florida, the West Edmonton Mall is a targeted account, as are the transit shelters in Calgary and Edmonton.
