Panorama Education Announces New Panorama Teacher Survey; Free This Spring to K-12 Schools

BOSTON, MA — (Marketwired) — 05/28/15 — which partners with K-12 schools to collect and analyze feedback from teachers, parents and students, announced today its Panorama Teacher Survey, designed to help district administrators capture crucial feedback on the most pressing issues facing their teachers today. In order to help schools quickly collect end-of-year feedback from their faculty, Panorama is offering the opportunity for school administrators to customize the , administer it, and access survey reports on Panorama–s online platform this spring, by using the access code “PanoramaSpringSurvey.”

The new survey gathers perception data from teachers in K-12 schools on key topics including professional learning, feedback and coaching, school climate, teacher-family relationships, and teachers– future plans, and is completely customizable for schools. Unlike more generic surveys, the Panorama Teacher Surveys are written by a specialist in education and psychology, and the topics that they cover, including staff-leadership relationships and educating diverse students, set them apart from other surveys, which may be more narrowly concerned with “job satisfaction” questions.

Panorama–s survey reports feature interactive results and comparisons at the topic and question level. By taking advantage of free early access, school leaders will receive interactive survey reports this spring, which can inform goals and drive planning for next year.

According to Aaron Feuer, founder and CEO of Panorama Education, the company–s new Panorama Teacher Survey is designed to help administrators measure in a very unbiased way what teachers care about the most and spark productive conversations between teachers and school leaders. “Getting the right temperature on what–s happening in the classroom, what–s working and what–s not, is critical and needs to come directly from teachers. Our Panorama Teacher Survey is designed to give teachers a voice and support their growth while giving administrators real data to make schools better. We–re excited to get this in the hands of many districts this spring so they can carefully review the data for decision making for the 2015-2016 school year.”
