iHookup Social Grows International Successes as New App/Brand Launch of “friendable” Draws Near

CAMPBELL, CA — (Marketwired) — 06/10/15 — iHookup Social, Inc. (OTC PINK: HKUP) (OTC PINK: HKUPD), a fully reporting public company that develops and markets a mobile/social app positioned at the intersection of social media and location based connections, is pleased to announce that the Company has completed an eight week effort to consolidate various notes controlled by third party debt holders. The Company believes these consolidations better position the company for its next phase of growth.

iHookup Social–s App also continues to post significant results in international app markets, achieving many of its best rankings to date in recent months. Along with its reduction in the number of debt holders the Company believes it can now achieve an increased valuation for the company–s business. The Company greatly values the aforementioned as it turns its focus toward the release of its “friendable” brand to the Apple App Store in July of 2015.
