(OTCQB: SMME) The SmartMetric fingerprint activated and transaction verified biometric payments card uses the Global Banking Industry standard EMV chip in its payments cards. Official figures published by the international standards body EMVco. show a 1 billion increase in chip cards in circulation from 2013 to the year ending 2014.
