H & H Imports to Change Name to As Seen On TV, Inc.

CLEARWATER, FL — (Marketwire) — 08/02/11 — H & H Imports, Inc. (PINKSHEETS: HNHI) today announced that holders of a majority of its outstanding capital stock have approved by written consent a proposal to change the company-s name to As Seen On TV, Inc. Subject to the filing of an information statement and notice to its shareholders, the company anticipates the name change being completed prior to the end of September, 2011.
