TORONTO, ONTARIO — (Marketwired) — 07/16/15 — iSIGN Media Solutions Inc. (“iSIGN” or “Company”) (TSX VENTURE: ISD)(OTCQX: ISDSF), a leading provider of interactive mobile advertising solutions that serves brands, commercial locations, retailers and service providers throughout North America announced today the signing of an exclusive Reseller Agreement (“Agreement”) with Multi Level Technology (“MLT”), an Abu Dhabi based hardware and software company, specializing in security, mobile, marketing, smart-government and banking related technologies, for the rights to sell iSIGN products and technology to customers located in the Middle East and North Africa (“MENA”).
In this Agreement, MENA is defined as including the countries of Bahrain, Cyprus, Egypt, Iran, Iraq, Jordan, Turkey, Tunisia, Algeria, Morocco, Sudan, Kuwait, Lebanon, Oman, Palestine, Qatar, Saudi Arabia and the United Arab Emirates.
The Agreement is for a three year period and is renewable for an additional three year period. Under the terms of the Agreement, MLT is required to purchase an initial inventory of 50 Smart Antennas and to maintain this level throughout the duration of the agreement.

iSIGN is currently in various stages of negotiations with seven other potential resellers, located in various parts of the world and continues to receive inquiries from companies located around the world asking for information on becoming a reseller. Most of these requests have come to iSIGN as businesses begin to realize the imperfections of Beacons with their need for apps and related download requirements and requirement for individuals to surrender personal information.
