With the passage of the Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA) 25 years ago, America committed itself to the elimination of discrimination against persons with disabilities. In celebration of this ADA milestone, WebAble TV () is producing a Live National ADA 25th Anniversary Town Hall Webcast to highlight the progress made in the last 25 years towards equality of opportunity, accessibility, independent living and economic self-sufficiency for individuals with disabilities.

Webcast panelists and interviewees, including former Congressman and AudioEye director Tony Coelho, advisory board member Joyce Bender, and AudioEye Founder & Chief Innovation Officer Nathaniel Bradley, will discuss what has transpired with the ADA over the past 25 years and their vision for where we need to go as a nation to enhance life for the community of people with disabilities over the next 25 years — a key focus being web accessibility and digital inclusion. Interviews and discussions will be live and pre-recorded.

AudioEye and Bender Consulting Services, Inc., led by Founder Joyce A. Bender, an award-winning accessibility advocate and renowned leader in providing help and support for individuals with disabilities, entered into a Reseller Agreement to sell the AudioEye Ally+ and Developer Portal solutions. “AudioEye–s innovative cloud-based solution levels the playing field for people with disabilities in the workplace and in the marketplace,” stated Ms. Bender. “Access to technology enables a platform of engagement for people with disabilities to provide solutions in both the private and public sectors. AudioEye–s Ally Platform creates a foundation for our community–s freedom in the next 25 years… competitive employment. We are delighted to partner with AudioEye–s team to advance technology accessibility solutions.”

The agreement also provides a framework for offering AudioEye customers of the Ally+ Premium service the ability to receive the Bender HighTest Accessibility Certification. “AudioEye provides exclusive web accessibility certification that provides additional assurance for website owners and developers,” said Nathan Bradley, Founder and Chief Innovation Officer of AudioEye, Inc. “Being able to experience and test web content from the vantage point of individuals with disabilities can present challenges and time-consuming costs for any web developer. When adopting our solutions, clients are provided with genuine user-experience testing and certification conducted by individuals with disabilities who verify and document accessibility through the AudioEye platform. We couldn–t be happier to partner so closely with such an impressive, connected, and impactful group such as Bender Consulting Services.”

On Monday, July 20th, President Barack Obama and Vice President Joe Biden held a ceremony in the East Room of the White House in Washington to honor the 25th Anniversary of The Americans With Disabilities Act and those who helped make the ADA the law of the land, including former Congressman and AudioEye Director, Tony Coelho. “Millions of Americans with disabilities have had the chance to develop their talents and make their unique contributions to the world,” stated President Obama. “And thanks to them, America is stronger and more vibrant; it is a better country because of the ADA. Today, we honor those who made the ADA the law of the land — many of whom are here today. [T]old he couldn–t become a priest because of his epilepsy, [Tony Coelho] became a congressman instead — and helped to pass the ADA, so fewer Americans would find the word –no– being an obstacle to their dreams.” (source: )

Incorporated in 2005, AudioEye provides unparalleled web access equality and usability for its clients– customers through AudioEye–s Ally platform. The Ally+ product allows AudioEye–s clients to customersbrand loyaltycustomers and repeat business

Most companies fail to provide full access to their websites. As a result, they exclude 5% – 10% of their potential customers, even though the law requires equal access and digital inclusion. Each month, AudioEye fixes millions of instances of website problems for its clients; without these fixes, site visitors are left behind — including those customers accessing through the use of assistive technologies such as those provided by Microsoft, Apple, Google, and others. AudioEye clients that implement the Ally+ solution receive a compliance certification seal that, through the adoption and application of internationally accepted accessibility standards, allows them to clearly and confidently demonstrate and promote their conscientious commitment to ensuring equal access (limited exclusions apply).

It goes beyond simply fixing issues that inhibit access to client information and services by also providing site visitors with a help desk resource for reporting usability issues, along with free cloud-based access to a customizable screen-reader-like user experience. By simply embedding the AudioEye JavaScript, the Ally+ patent-protected multi-language audible reader in the cloud provides new and returning customers the opportunity to thoroughly engage and interact with client websites in a unique and fully customizable way, regardless of their device type or preferred method of access. These tools have benefits for all site visitors, in particular aging populations and individuals who are visually impaired, hearing impaired, motor impaired, cognitively impaired, color blind, dyslexic, learning to read, looking to maintain focus, or multi-tasking.

Providing full access is the right thing to do, but it is also good for customers, which makes it great for business. To learn more or to get started today, please visit for more information. .
