Sander joins Arxan with an outstanding track record of scaling growth-oriented companies and enabling them to reach their full potential. Arxan has enjoyed a five-year compound annual growth rate (CAGR) of more than 50%, and Sander will focus on building and accelerating Arxan–s growth by continuing geographic expansion in key markets in North America, Europe, and Asia, and fostering ongoing product innovation.

Sander successfully positioned the company to enter a strategic exit that resulted in the sale of the business to IBM Corporation. Joe has also held senior positions at TruSecure Corporation, InSoft, and Computervision Corporation.
