Slyce to Showcase New Suite of Mobile Visual Search Products for Retailers at Shop.org

Visual product search platform Slyce Inc. today announced that it would be showcasing its full line up of leading visual search tools for retailers at Shop.org as well as debuting various services currently in beta development.

Slyce visual search technology, when integrated into retailers– mobile e-commerce applications enables users to simply snap an image of any 3D or 2D item and be presented with all direct or close matching products from the retailer–s inventory. These discovered products can be purchased seamlessly, at the point of impulse. The technology already powers visual search for several of the largest global retailers, including Home Depot, JCPenney, Tilly–s and Neiman Marcus.

Also being showcased during Shop.org will be several other proprietary products from Slyce as well as exclusive previews of beta products soon to see market deployment. Technology enabling a retailer–s app users to snap a photo of any of its printed coupons – whether via newspaper, catalog, or receipt – and instantly generate a mobile-optimized version which is stored in-app and the user notified to redeem when close to retail stores or coupon is due to expire.

Out-of-Stock Mitigation Tool Using Attribute Matching (BETA)

Technology designed to increase mobile commerce sales through instantly offering consumers relevant alternatives to –out of stock– product selections through the use of sophisticated visual relevance attribute analysis.
