CNC aims to keep business networks running by enabling value-added resellers (VARs) to manage multiple wired or wireless networks remotely through a central cloud platform that is accessible anywhere.
ZyXEL–s CNC, hosted on Amazon–s public cloud, is accessible to VARs anywhere at any time and offers an overview of all registered networks with management functions governing CNC-supported products. With CNC, VARs can quickly configure connected devices, monitor their operation and health status and troubleshoot connectivity problems. Network settings are stored in the cloud and are backed up on a regular basis should the need to replace a network device arise. With settings stored in the cloud, VARs can simply send over an identical model and have clients plug in the new replacement with the one-click restore function, making replacement a zero-touch process.
