Mr. Geisse–s appointment expands the Board to three directors. In addition to Mr. Geisse, the board comprises John Watters, founder, CEO and Chairman, and David Cowan, Partner at Bessemer Venture Partners.

Mr. Geisse is a 35 year veteran of the telecom industry who has served in a variety of key executive leadership positions for AT&T–s wireline and wireless organizations, both in the U.S. and abroad. Prior to his role as CEO of AT&T Business Solutions, Mr. Geisse served as Executive Vice President of AT&T–s Global Customer Service and as Chief Information Officer for AT&T worldwide.
