Syntax Announces New Application Managed Support Services Program for Oracle–s JD Edwards EnterpriseOne Customers

MONTREAL, QUEBEC — (Marketwired) — 12/02/15 — Syntax, a Platinum level member of Oracle PartnerNetwork (OPN), is very pleased to announce the Syntax Managed Application Support Program (AMS) for Oracle–s JD Edwards EnterpriseOne including the . This offering provides JD Edwards EnterpriseOne customers with access to a help desk to assist with a broad range of application software issues encountered by organizations on a daily basis, extending their ability to utilize the system and helping to maximize the return on their software investments.

Finding, training, and managing personnel to support business application software users is a constant challenge faced by most organizations. Processes are constantly changing, something doesn–t “look right”, enhancements are requested, reports need to be written, and personnel can turn over. Responding to all of this can strain support staffs, often limiting their ability to be responsive. The AMS program helps provide personnel who are experienced with using JD Edwards to deal with customer questions and problems effectively, supported by an automated ticketing and escalation system. An extensive onboarding process is designed to ensure that Syntax AMS personnel have the in-depth knowledge and familiarity to provide each customer with a high-quality experience when they call for support.
