Processia today announces it has acquired NextIS Consulting, an independent consulting company with offices in Paris, who has expertise in organization and processes, information systems and change management. This transaction is in line with Processia–s strategic plan to accelerate its development to become a key player specializing in the world of PLM (Product Lifecycle Management). With a team of 25 experienced consultants working with several large companies in France and Europe, NextIS Consulting specializes in PLM consulting services, business processes and project management. This acquisition enables Processia to expand its services offering, and to welcome a team of talented experts. NextIS Consulting will join the Processia family in the next few months.
