OxCEPT Announced as Finalist of The –Anti-Fraud Security Strategy of the Year– at the FSTech Awards 2016

LONDON, UNITED KINGDOM — (Marketwired) — 01/14/16 — OxCEPT, the technology company behind the development of the world–s most secure protocols for transmitting data, today announced it has been awarded a finalist nomination for the –Anti-Fraud Security Strategy of the Year– award at the prestigious FSTech Awards.

“It is an honour to receive this finalist recognition from FSTech, which reflects well on the OxCEPT team–s work to develop relevant authentication security solutions for the enterprise market,” said Perry M. Anderson, OxCEPT–s Chief Executive Officer. “We are excited about the progress being made in the authentication security space, and our continued contributions to it.”

“Congratulations to OxCEPT. There were a huge number of submissions, detailing how technology suppliers and financial institutions are making innovative and effective use of technology in various pockets of the sector.” said Scott Thompson, Editor of FSTech. “In fact, this was probably the toughest shortlist I–ve ever had to put together, such was the quantity and quality of entries, highlighting just how vibrant the FS technology sector is right now.”

This FSTech award will recognize the best internal or external Anti-Fraud/Security Strategy implemented by a financial services provider to protect the customer from phishing, ID theft or similarly fraudulent scams, or a financial institution from service attacks or money laundering.

Now in their 16th year, the FSTech Awards recognize excellence and innovation in the field of information technology within the UK and EMEA financial services sector. Winning entries will come from financial services institutions and technology suppliers who are leading the way in such areas as social media, customer service, compliance, mobile, online, systems integration, outsourcing and data governance.
