The first offering, a Regulation D 506(c) Private Placement solely for accredited investors, provides an early-stage opportunity of common shares with voting rights for accredited investors looking to own an equity stake in the green economy and green movement. A Regulation A+ “equity crowdfunding” filing is scheduled for early 2016. The Company will use the proceeds to fund its rapid global growth.
