Freed is the current CEO and Managing Partner at 2nd Stage Partners, a privately held management consulting firm that helps early stage and second stage companies increase revenue growth in order to achieve business maturity.

Previously, Larry was CEO and Founder of Foresee, a SaaS customer experience analytics company. Mr. Freed grew Foresee from founding to over 600 customers, bringing the organization to a successful exit. Mr. Freed–s appointment to the Spigit and Mindjet Board of Directors was effective December 15, 2015.
