In her short time at Sage, Erickson has led the development of several programs and initiatives focusing on partner relationships and fulfillment. Recently, Erickson led the reinvigoration of the Sage North America Partner Program. The updated program focuses on gaining new customers while recognizing and rewarding partners. Erickson–s team launched key initiatives in 2015 including the renewal of the Sage Business Partner Advisory Council to improve collaboration with Sage partners by leveraging their years of experience and expertise in the channel and the return of the President–s Circle, a recognition trip for top-performing Sage partners.
