NEWTON, PA — (Marketwired) — 02/29/16 — Laschiver, who brings with him twelve years of experience in high-performance database design and architecture, will be based in Northgate Digital–s Newtown office and his arrival coincides with the launch of new database services for 2016, expanding upon Northgate Digital–s deep software development and business intelligence capabilities.
Laschiver will also enhance and expand the firm–s services in database performance analysis, optimization and tuning, database architecture and design, virtualization and cloud migrations, and database disaster recovery.

Laschiver possesses a wide range of experience in database architecture, performance optimization, and technical leadership.
He most recently served as database administrator for a leading software company, based in California, and providing award-winning information systems for hospitals and physicians.
He also trained more than 400 database administrators and IT staff on database security and capacity planning.
Previously, Laschiver worked as database administrator for a New Jersey-based leading provider of end-to-end mortgage solutions, where he identified and implemented cutting-edge database solutions, and played a lead role in database auditing.
