(TSX VENTURE: ECT) (the “Company”) announces the appointment of Mr. Mark Korol as a director of the Company, for a term expiring at the closing of the next annual meeting of the shareholders or until his successor is elected or appointed. Mr. Korol has also been appointed as a member of the audit committee of the Corporation. Mr. Korol–s appointment is subject to TSX Venture Exchange approval.
