Seasoned IT specialist to head up technical management of Secucloud’s cloud-based solution
Hamburg, Germany. 22 September 2016 – With its cloud-based security, the Hamburg based company Secucloud is providing companies with protection against increasingly complex threats from the internet. Telcos and mobile operators can use Secucloud solutions to offer their customers powerful protection direct from the cloud. This approach has already proved successful – the firm has multiplied its revenues by six and won many new customers over the last year. These include four large telcos, one of which is T-Mobile in the Netherlands. Secucloud announced today that it appointed Renzo Pecoraro, a former executive director of Morgan Stanley, in August 2016 as CTO to spearhead the ongoing development of the Secucloud infrastructure.
During the course of his career, Renzo Pecoraro was an executive director at Morgan Stanley in New York. In this position, he led the central software development team, which created internal systems dedicated to IT change and release management as well as reporting, controlling and compliance (Sarbanes-Oxley Act). After almost 20 years’ experience in the US, he worked as technical product manager in the areas of data security, permissions management, and access and identity management. Renzo Pecoraro has more than ten years’ experience in the management of international software development teams.
