The meeting will be held at the King City office located at 3565 King Road, King City, ON on Friday, November 11, 2011 at 4:00 p.m.
Newlook is pleased to announce that it has appointed Garnet R.G. Randy Barber to its Board of Directors, subject to regulatory approval. The appointment will increase the Board-s independence. Presently, Mr. Barber is Vice President of Government Relations and Regulation for Ontario Entertainment Technologies. From 2007 to 2010 Mr. Barber served as a Board Member for the National Parole Board of Canada. He has also served as Chair/Vice Chair of the Alcohol and Gaming Commission of Ontario from 1997 to March 2005. During his tenure, Mr. Barber implemented policies and procedures for budget purposes and human resources.
