The highest average price this time around is $321 for his performance at Fenway Park in Boston. Waters began in 2010 with an extensive North American leg followed by a European run during the first half of 2011. The new concerts will begin on May 1 in Houston, TX, and end on July 14 in Philadelphia, PA.
