Mr. Brossoit, an experienced entrepreneur with expertise in information technology (“IT”), will play a leading role on ODESIA-s management team in identifying new growth opportunities.

Mr. Brossoit is a seasoned entrepreneur and business strategist. In 1985 he founded Logibro Inc. (now Accovia Inc.). Under his leadership the company made strategic acquisitions and grew its revenue substantially in Canada, the USA and Europe to become a world leader in the provision of IT solutions to the travel industry. More recently, he became President and CEO of InterTrade Systems, a provider of B2B electronic commerce solutions. In his first two years at Intertrade, he completed two acquisitions and nearly tripled revenue. In December 2010 the company was sold to Mediagrif Interactive Systems where he served as Senior Vice-President. Mr. Brossoit has also served as a board member (2002-2003) and Chairman (2003-2004) of the Quebec Technology Association (AQT). He is Chairman of UlySoft, a leading provider of advanced workforce management solutions, acquired from IBM in March 2004 with his current partners.
