TUCSON, AZ — (Marketwire) — 12/12/11 — SSWUG.ORG, a website that provides educational resources and information on subjects in the information technology (IT) field to more than 570,000 members, today announced a partnership with SolidQ, a global provider of advanced consulting, mentoring and education solutions for Microsoft-s data management, business intelligence, collaboration and development platforms.
Starting in Jan. 2012, the two organizations will be providing in-person training seminars and classes with hands-on labs in cities throughout the United States on Microsoft-developed products, such as SQL Server, SharePoint, PowerPivot, Visual Studio and the .NET Framework.

The initial event will be an advanced, two-day seminar on designing reports with SQL Server Reporting Services 2008 R2. The seminar will be held in Seattle, Wash. on Jan. 12-13 and taught by Paul Turley, a SolidQ expert and Microsoft MVP. Other cities planned to host seminars from SSWUG.ORG and SolidQ in the first quarter of 2012 include Denver, Co., Atlanta, Ga., Phoenix, Ariz. and Washington, D.C.
