Frankfurt, 17 November 2010 – Internos GmbH, Frankfurt, has secured a ten year lease for a 6,000 sq m logistics and production site in Kassel on behalf of the BIP fund.

The tenant is a subsidiary of the SMA Group which has a turnover of over 900 million euros, and is a world market leader in the field of photovoltaic inverter modules, a central component of solar power plants.
