.2015 – Total worldwide enterprise storage systems factory revenue grew 7.2% year over year to nearly $10.6 billion during the fourth quarter of 2014 (4Q14), according to the International Data Corporation (IDC) Worldwide Quarterly Disk Storage Systems Tracker. Total capacity shipments were up 43.7% year over year to 31.8 exabytes during the quarter. Spending for the full year was up 3.6% to $36.2 billion. Full-year capacity consumption was up 43% to 99.2 exabytes.
