Merger: Breuckmann becomes AICON
Braunschweig, June 4th, 2015 – AICON 3D Systems GmbH has completed the acquisition of Breuck-mann GmbH through merger with effect from 1 May, 2015. The site of the former Breuckmann GmbH in Meersburg on Lake Constance will be continued as “Scanner Innovation Center” of AICON 3D Sys-tems GmbH.
