Stainless steel pressure sensors in thick film technology – now also with integrated process connection

For many applications, it is recommended to replace conventional ceramic pressure sensors with stainless steel pressure sensors. The piezoresistive pressure sensors, which are made from stainless steel in a monolithic design, excel with high burst pressure even under high pressure ranges.
