Food labels: EU compliant marking with cablabel software
The new EU regulation 1169/2011 for food labeling has just become effective. Focus is especially set on allergens. The German manufacturer of label printing systems cab supports the food processing industry with its in-house developed cablabel S3 Pro software. There is offered the possibility to determine allergens as key words and assign certain markups to them.
