MISSISSAUGA, ONTARIO — (Marketwire) — 01/03/12 — Synergex Corporation, announced today that it has appointed Schwartz Levitsky Feldman LLP as trustee in bankruptcy on December 27, 2011 over Synergex Solutions Inc. and Ditan/Synergex Canada Inc., (the "Assigned Subsidiaries") in order to effect an orderly liquidation of the assets, property and operations of the Assigned Subsidiaries.
