Boston College Renews Partnership With Paciolan

IRVINE, CA and CHESTNUT HILL, MA — (Marketwire) — 08/24/12 — Paciolan, the leading provider of ticketing, marketing, and fundraising solutions in college athletics, announced today that Boston College has renewed its partnership with the company. With the renewal, Boston College will continue implementing all of Paciolan-s industry-leading solutions, including its Customer Relationship Management (CRM) solution, which allows it to enhance its ticket sales and outbound sales efforts, while efficiently managing relationships with Eagle season ticketholders and donors. Boston College has been working with Paciolan since 1989.

The solution provides a 360 degree view of customers- ticketing, donation and purchase history, priority points, and preferences to enhance customer interaction and help maximize revenue potential.
