giffgaff got in touch with Gizmodo and MSE, who were both delighted to be selected by giffgaff-s community members. Sam Gibbs at Gizmodo said that he was “pretty chuffed” to be awarded -Blog with attitude- by giffgaff, who he highlighted was “a surprisingly tight ship considering that quite a lot of it is run by its users.” Elsewhere, Archna Luthra at Money Saving Expert (MSE) explained that it is the site-s “relevant, topical info that readers can learn from” which makes the tips and deals blog so engaging.
giffgaff is run on the belief that there is a better way to do mobile, and part of that vision is its democratic way of doing business. giffgaff-s members are involved at every level, from recruiting new members and facilitating customer service, to contributing on marketing and price decisions.
